The second of the three apps was "SlowShutter." This app allows you to adjust the shutter speed on your phone... interesting to play with.
Bubbles in the sink. I love playing with water, so I figured why not? I fiddled with each of the shutter speeds, from the largest number to the smallest. Both of these pictures were taken with the lowest speed, 0.5. I love the foaming effect the water has in this photograph.
This lamp has an almost ethereal quality to it, thanks to the movement of the crystals around the light, captured by the shutter. I was curious as to what pointing the camera into the direct light would do in comparison to having the lamp switched off, and I discovered that there was little or no difference in the motion or lack thereof. Of course, the shadows were affected... I prefer the other-worldly elements of the shot with the light switched on.
EDIT: Here are some cool graveyard photos that I took with the SlowShutter app. I'm still getting the hang of keeping it steady, but these turned out pretty well.
